ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 C Bibb lettuce leaves -- (one large or two sm
  • 1 C Granny Smith apples -- chopped
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese -- crumbled
  • 2 tbsp green onions -- chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted walnuts -- chopped

directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add lettuce and remaining ingredients, tossing gently to coat.
