Apple Crumble by Nana
ingredients
- 2 lb Granny Smith apples cored, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. apple cider
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
- pinch salt

• Preheat oven to 350.

• Grease 2 quart casserole.

• Mix apples and cider.

• Pour into casserole.

• Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt in medium bowl.

• Cut in butter using 2 knives until the mix ix crumbly.

• Spread over apples.

• Bake for 45 minutes.

• Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
