Grilled Salmon with Ginger Marinade
ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks, 6-8 ounces each
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 t. grated fresh ginger
- salt and pepper to taste

Rinse salmon in cold water and pat dry. In flat dish, sprinkle salmon with lemon jice, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight.

Grill for 5-8 minutes per side until fish is cooked.
