Vegetable Casserole
An easy to prepare dish that was a frequent holiday meal component at Gran and Dad Ford’s house.
ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 stick butter
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste

Cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain very dry.

Add sour cream, cheese onions, sugar and salt and pepper to vegetables while they are still warm.

Stir the mixture and then pour into flat casserole dish.

Cover with bread crumbs and dot with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
