Breaded Chicken
A great, easy family favorite!
ingredients
- 6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Matza Meal
- 2 Eggs
- 1 handful of Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
directions
Pound the chicken breats until desired thickness then set aside. Put the flour, eggs, and matza meal in seperate containers (in that order) big enough to fit the chicken breast. Add the italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the matza meal container. Take the chicken and, with a fork, coat the chicken breat in the flour. Do the same for the eggs and matza meal. In a medium sized frying pan add the oil and turn up to medium heat. Put in the chicken. After one side is golden brown, flip until the same color on the other side.
