Best Salmon Patties
ingredients
- 1 pkg. Old Bay Salmon Classic Mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can salmon (if possible, buy the kind with the bones and skin removed)
- or 1 lb. fresh salmon cooked and flaked.
- 2 tsp finely chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red, yellow and orange peppers

1. Mix salmon classic mix and mayonnaise in bowl--add salmon and gently toss until well mixed.

2. Shape into 5 patties. Broil or fry 5 minutes until browned, turning once.
