ingredients
- Peanut Butter Balls:
- 1 stick softened butter or margarine
- 1 3/4 cups (1, 18 oz jar) creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pound confectioner sugar
- Chocolate Coating:
- 1- 12 oz package of milk chocolate chips
directions
Cream peanut butter, butter and vanilla together. Add powdered sugar until all of it is mixed together and smooth. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Dip the peanut butter balls into chocolate to cover about 1/3 of the ball. Use a toothpick if necessary. Place on waxed paper and cool.
