Traditional Japanese steakhouse soup
ingredients
- 1/2 stalk Celery, chopped
- 1 Small onion, chopped
- 1/2 Carrot, chopped
- 1 t Grated fresh ginger root
- 1/4 t Minced fresh garlic
- 2 t Chicken stock
- 3 t Beef bouillon granules
- 1 cup Chopped fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 2 quarts Water
- 1 cup Baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 1 t Minced fresh chives
