CHEESE TOASTS - VARIETY
ingredients
HERBED GOAT CHEESE- 1 (8 oz) package goat cheese
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) French bread baguette, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
- 1 (12 oz) jar roasted red bell peppers, cut into strips
- 1 (8 oz) package feta cheese
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 minced garlic clove

- 1 (8 oz) package tomato-basil feta cheese
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) French bread baguette, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
- Topping: chopped pitted Kalamata or ripe black olives
- 1 (8 oz) package feta cheese
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (7 oz) jar marinated sun dried tomatoes, drained and cut in strips.
directions
Preheat oven to 400. Beat the ingredients up to pepper until blended. Spread the cheese mixture on the bread, top with pepper strips and place on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until melted.
