Banana Bread (Low Fat, Low Sugar, Whole Wheat)
A healthier version of standard banana bread.
ingredients
- 2 large bananas, over-ripe
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with eggs and applesauce.

3.Add in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and flours.

4.Mix well.

5.Grease a bread pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the pan.

6.Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.

7.Serve warm, either plain or with peanut butter or nutella!
