Greek Chicken
Another Go-To dish that satisfies every time.
ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried Dill
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 medium Onions, sliced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Coat chicken with herbs and salt and pepper.

Saute chicken in olive oil until cooked and brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and onions to the pan. Saute for 5 minutes until brown. Return chicken to pan and add lemon juice. Cook two minutes more and serve.
