Havana Panini
ingredients
- 4 6" squares of focaccia sliced through the middle to make two layers
- yellow mustard, desired amount
- 1/2 lb. baked ham or Canadian bacon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. roast pork, thinly sliced
- 8 thin kosher dill pickle slices
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced

1. Slice bread horizontally to open.

2. Spread a thin layer of mustard on top and bottom halves of bread.

3. Arrange ham, pork, pickle slices and Swiss cheese evenly over bread.

4. Cover sandwiches with the top halves of the bread.

5. Grill sandwiches in a hot buttered sandwich press until flat, bread is browned and

cheese has melted.

7. Cut into four sandwiches.
