Chicken Souvlaki
A healthy dinner!
ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. savory
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
directions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well. Stir in chicken cubes and marinate for 2 hours. Thread on skewers and grill on high heat, lid down. Grill for 4 min. each side or until juices run clear.
