  • 1 lb Fresh Flounder Fillets
  • 1 TBS Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1 TBS Hummus
  • 1 TBS SMARTBALANCE
  • Pinch Salt
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • Dash hot sauce
  • Fresh Dill and also some for garnish
