6 Minute Flounder
This is a super easy, tasty way to cook your flounder. The fresh dill is a must!
ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh Flounder Fillets
- 1 TBS Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 TBS Hummus
- 1 TBS SMARTBALANCE
- Pinch Salt
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- Dash hot sauce
- Fresh Dill and also some for garnish
