Shrimp Fra Diavolo
ingredients
- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz. linguine or spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
- 1 jar (26 oz.) marinara sauce

Cook pasta according to package.

Meanwhile, in a 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook shrimp, garlic and red pepper flakes 2 minutes or until shrimp are almost pink.

Stir in marinara sauce and bring to boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 3 minutes.

Serve over cooked pasta.
