Cheese-Sausage Souffle
ingredients
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 slices bread/remove crust and cut into cubes
- 1 package brown and serve sausage cut into pieces (you can substitute other meat or veggies)
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Mix first five ingredients and set aside

Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Combine egg and milk mixture with bread cubes and sausage. Pour into baking dish.

Top with grated cheese and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F
