ingredients

  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 slices bread/remove crust and cut into cubes
  • 1 package brown and serve sausage cut into pieces (you can substitute other meat or veggies)
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

directions

    Mix first five ingredients and set aside

  • 2

    Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  • 3

    Combine egg and milk mixture with bread cubes and sausage. Pour into baking dish.

  • 4

    Top with grated cheese and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight

  • 5

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°F
