Cheese Tartlets
ingredients
- 8 oz. goat cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbl. butter
- 1 Tbl. bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. mixed Italian herbs
- 1 Tbl. sundried tomatoes, minced
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 40 1 1/2 inch diameter mini phyllo pastry shells, cooked

Preheat oven to 375°.

In a food processor mix cheese, eggs, butter, breadcrumbs, buttermilk, garlic, salt, pepper, herbs, tomatoes, and cayenne. Place tart shells on a baking sheet and fill each 3/4 full. Bake 10-15 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
