Spinach Dip
ingredients
- 2 packages frozen spinach
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 package of cream cheese
- Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 can of artichoke hearts
directions

Fry the onion and garlic in butter. Prepare spinach in microwave & drain.

Add crushed artichoke to onion. Add cream cheese and saute. Add spinach and half of the cheese. Stir together.

Place in a dish and top with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
