Blue Cheese Dip
ingredients
- 1/2 lb. crumbled blue cheese
- 1/3 C chopped red onion
- 1/3 C olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 C parsley

Place cheese in the center of serving platter. Add the parsley around the cheese for decoration.

Combine the remaining ingredients and pour them over the cheese.

Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours before serving.

Serve with crackers.
