Wonton Cups

ingredients

  • 1 12oz pkg hot sausage
  • 1 1oz pkg powdered ranch dressing mix
  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 1/2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 C shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 C chopped red bell peppers
  • 1 2.25oz can sliced black olives, finely chopped
  • 36 - 40 wonton wraps
  • Pam spray
  • mini muffin tins

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In medium skillet, cook sausage over medium heat, drain, set aside.

    In medium bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, mayo and milk. Mix well. Set 1/2 of the mixture aside for another use.

    Mix cheese, bell pepper, olives and ranch dressing together. Add cooled sausage, mix well.

    At this point you can continue with the recipe or cover mixuture and refrigerate. Can be made up to 24 hours before use.

    Spray muffin tins with Pam, then lay one wonton skin per mini muffin cup. Spray all wraps again before placing in oven. Brown at 350 degrees for about 6 minutes. Until slightly brown. Let cool.

    Fill each cup with sausage mixture, bake 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is hot.
