Pizza Crust
ingredients
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3-3 1/2 c. flour (or) 2 c. white flour and 1 c. whole wheat flour
directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in olive oil salt, add flour. Knead about 10 minutes. Brush with oil and let rise until doubled (about 2 hours). Punch down and roll to fit cookie sheet. Bake on greased cookie sheet @ 425° for 15-20 minutes.
