Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole
ingredients
- 1- 6oz package Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice
- 2 and 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 - 16oz can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup slivered, toasted almonds
- 1 - 8oz can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 - 2oz jar pimientos, sliced

Cook wild rice mix in chicken broth.

Combine with all remaining ingredients.

Pour into 9X13 casserole (sprayed)

Bake 50 minutes at 350.
