Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

ingredients

  • 1- 6oz package Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice
  • 2 and 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 - 16oz can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup slivered, toasted almonds
  • 1 - 8oz can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 - 2oz jar pimientos, sliced

directions

  • 1

    Cook wild rice mix in chicken broth.

  • 2

    Combine with all remaining ingredients.

  • 3

    Pour into 9X13 casserole (sprayed)

  • 4

    Bake 50 minutes at 350.
