Corn Casserole
ingredients
- 8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbs. onion
- 2 tbs. butter
- 2 tbs. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream (no fat is fine)
- 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained) OR frozen

Saute the onion in butter and add flour.

Then add salt and sour cream.

Put half the bacon into the mixture

Pour into a greased (sprayed) baking dish.

Top with remaining bacon.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
