Twice baked potatos
ingredients
- 4 baking potatos
- 4 TB butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream or cream cheese or cream cheese with chives
- 1 TB bacon bits
- fresh or frozen chives
- 1 tsp. salt or garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 slices of cheese, velveeta or cheddar

Bake potatos at 450 degrees for one hour. Cut off top of potato, scoop out pulp and put in a mixing bowl. Add other ingredients. Mix well. Put pulp back in potato and bake at 400 degree for 30 minutes. Put 1/2 slice of cheese on top of each potato until it just melts.

Ingredients can be substituted or changed according to taste.
