Ryan told our family about this new Starbucks coffee drink in the fall of 2008. We now just refer to it as the “Olaf”.

ingredients

Caramel syrup
Fresh ground coffee beans made into 4 shots of Espresso
Hot Water

Prepare 4 shots of Espresso

Fill small coffee cup with about 1/2 to 3/4 inch caramel syrup.

Add 4 shots fresh made Espresso.

Top off with hot water.

Stir.

Ryan's buddy from work, Olaf, came up with this new coffee drink. He usually purchases at the Starbucks on University and Ryan says that location makes it the very best. Christmas 2008, Ryan got an espresso machine and made us "Olaf's" on Christmas Day
