ingredients
- 3 sticks butter, melted
- 3 cups flour
- 3 cups chopped pecans
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups cool whip
- 1 cup cool whip
- 1 lg. box vanilla pudding
- 1 lg. box chocolate pudding
- 4 cups milk
directions
Mix together flour, butter and pecans, press into oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 cups cool whip into a creamy batter and spread onto crust. Mix 1 cup cool whip, puddings and milk, pour on top of cream cheese. Set in refrigerator for 1 hour until chilled. Cover with pecans and chocolate shavings.
