Goo Balls
An easy no-bake, gluten free, vegan and high protein desert snack...Children love them and can make them in minutes!
ingredients
- 2 cups organic brown rice crispy cereal
- 1 cup nut butter (try peanut butter, soy butter, sunflower butter, cashew butter or almond butter)*
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (vegan available if you choose)
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- optional 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Add all 4 ingredients to a bowl and mix with a spoon until well mixed.

Wet hands with warm water and take a spoonful of mix into palm of hands and roll into a bowl.

Place on platter. Keep refrigerated!
notes
*If you make these often, I like to rotate the nut butter I use, as nuts are a high allergen and can develop easily.
