Stove Top Stuffing Salmon PattiesKaren Seavers
Salmon patties with a twist.

- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cans (15 1/2 oz size) pink salmon, drained
- 1 box savory herb Stove Top stuffing
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
Mix together eggs, milk, salmon, and all packages in Stove Top stuffing box. Press into 8 patties using a generous 1/2 cup mixture for each.
Heat vegetable oil in skillet and fry 4 patties at a time, 2-3 minutes per side. May need to add additional vegetable oil for 2nd batch.
