  • 4 ripe Haas avacados
  • 3 T. fresh squeezed lemon
  • 8 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and small-diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper,seeded and minced


Cut avacados in half, remove the pits and scoop the flesh into a large bowl. Immediately add lemon juice, then slice through the avacados with a sharp knife to dice into bit size pieces, or mash with a spoon or fork if desired. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently. Add salt and pepper to taste.
