Tsatsiki
ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 or 3 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tea lemon juice
- 1 small english cucumber
- 1 TBS red wine vinegar
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1/4 tea salt
directions

mix yogurt, sour cream, lemon, vinegar, olive oil and salt.

grate cucumber, mince garlic and mint into yogurt mixture.

let chill in fridge for 2 hours.

keeps up to 1 week.
