Finger-Lickin' Good Pork Ribs
ingredients
- 4 to 8 country-style pork ribs (about 4 pounds)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) bottle Liquis Smoke
- Commercial barbeque sauce
directions
Place ribs in a 13-x9-inch baking dish. Pour water, vinegar and liquid smoke over ribs. Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning once. Drain ribs. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Remove from oven and drain. Cover ribs with commercial barbeque sauce and bake an additional 1 hour.
