Macaroni and cheese
When it comes to mac and cheese, nobody makes it quite like Li-li.
ingredients
- Small elbow macaroni, around 2 cups
- 1/2 stick butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Milk
- Sliced cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Boil elbow macaroni until tender. Drain and pour into 9X13" baking dish. Add 1/2 stick butter, salt, and pepper. Add enough milk to cover macaroni. Bake in oven until bubbly. Add a layer of sliced cheddar cheese to cover the top. Bake in oven until melted.
