- 12 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 Tbs flour
- 1 Tbs chicken soup base
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 1 16 oz can sliced mushrooms (reserve juice)
- 6 slices Velveeta cheese
- 2 tsp diced pimientos
- 3 cups diced cooked turkey
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
