  • 1 Tbs chicken soup base
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tall can evaporated milk
  • 1 16 oz can sliced mushrooms (reserve juice)
  • 6 slices Velveeta cheese
  • 2 tsp diced pimientos
  • 3 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • grated Parmesan cheese
