Stuffing
ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground pork sausage
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 8 cups bread cubes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp poutry seasoning (more if desired)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp ground sage
- 1 cup chicken broth*(more or less depending on desired texture)

Preheat oven to 350°

Brown sausage, remove from pan and set aside. Melt butter in same pan and add onion and celery, cook until tender.

Put bread cubes in large bowl and add parsley and spices. Add sausage and onion mixture to bread cubes. Moisten with chicken broth until desired texture. Pour into greased baking dish.

Bake 30 minutes.
