Macaroni and Cheese Casserole
ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) box macaroni, cooked with salt
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz) package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (2 oz) jar diced pimiento
- 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
directions
Combine first 9 ingredients, stirring well. Pour into a lightly greased 13-x9-inch baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Best when assembled 2 to 3 days in advance.
