  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles, cooked, drained, and rinsed in cool water to cool slightly
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 4 eggs
Topping
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 lb ground beef chuck browned
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 3 cans (8 oz each) button mushroom stems and pieces drained
  • 16 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
