Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti with a twist.
ingredients
Crust- 1 lb spaghetti noodles, cooked, drained, and rinsed in cool water to cool slightly
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 4 eggs
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 lb ground beef chuck browned
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 3 cans (8 oz each) button mushroom stems and pieces drained
- 16 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
