Wild Rice Salad

ingredients
- 1 box Uncle Ben’s long grain and wild rice
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 2 cups red grapes, sliced
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced thin
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
directions
Cook rice with seasoning pack as directed with 1/8 cup olive oil. Once rice has cooled, also add: 2 cups sliced red grapes and 1 cup silvered almonds. Prepare dressing and stir into rice mixture.
