Chocolate Nut Clusters
ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 cup mixed nuts: peanuts, cashews, almonds, etc

Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave or over a double boiler.

Stir in the nuts.

Drop a teaspoon at a time, onto a baking sheet or into little paper cases. Chill until set. Store in an airtight container for up to one month.
