Zucchini Bread from Kathy Schneider
ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 cups Grated zucchini
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. Ground cloves
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbs. Cinnamon
- 1 cup Chopped walnuts
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup Raisins

Heat oven to 325°F.

Grease 2 loaf pans.

Mix all ingredients by hand thoroughly.

Place in loaf pans. Bake for 60 -70 minutes.
