Marinated Black Pepper Steak
ingredients
- Sirloin Steak 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick
- peppercorns
- For Marinade:
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- few drops Tabasco
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Mix marinade ingredients together.

Place steak in baking dish and cover with marinade.

Before grilling, remove steak from marinade and press coarsely crushed peppercorns liberally into both sides of steak. (About 2 tsp. per side of steak).

Grill. Cut diagonally into thin slices.
