Overnight Apple breakfast
This is a great breakfast to make for a cold winter’s morning. It cooks as you sleep and fills the house with comforting aromas.
ingredients
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 Tbs vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 C raisins
- 1/4 C millet
- 2 Tbs brown rice
- 2 Tbs quinoa
- 2 C almond milk
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker safe baking dish. Set on low for 8 hours and go to bed!
notes
If you will be sleeping for longer than 8 hours, add a few more tablespoons of water or milk.
