Shrimp Jumbaylia
Great on Cold Days!
ingredients
- 1 lb peeped shrimp
- 1 celery stalk (4 stalks chopped)
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 cn(6oz) tomato paste
- 1 C green peppers
- 1/2 C chopped green onions
- 2 cloves minced garlic cloves
- 8 oz cubed ham
- 2 C water
- 2 chicken bouilloncubes equivalent granules
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cn (28) chipped tomatoes

Saute onions, celery, pepper, garlic in butter 10 min until tender. Stir in ham, tomato paste, water, bouillon cubes and seasoning

Add Shrimp, reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 min.

Serve over rice
