ingredients

  • 1 lb peeped shrimp
  • 1 celery stalk (4 stalks chopped)
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 1 cn(6oz) tomato paste
  • 1 C green peppers
  • 1/2 C chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves minced garlic cloves
  • 8 oz cubed ham
  • 2 C water
  • 2 chicken bouilloncubes equivalent granules
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cn (28) chipped tomatoes

directions

  • 1

    Saute onions, celery, pepper, garlic in butter 10 min until tender. Stir in ham, tomato paste, water, bouillon cubes and seasoning

  • 2

    Add Shrimp, reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 min.

  • 3

    Serve over rice
