Baked Carmel Corn
Delicious!
ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 4 pkgs. ACT II Extra butter popcorn (popped)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
directions
Pop the corn, remove unpopped kernels and place on a baking sheet. In a medium pot melt butter, stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Stir constantly until well mixed, stop stirring and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda, salt, and vanilla, mix well. Gradually pour over popcorn, mix well. Bake at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 min.
