Funnel Cake
A treat worth the time
ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Cup Flour
- 1 Tea Baking Powder
- 4 Tbs Sugar
- 1/2 Tea Salt
- 2 Cup Cooking Oil

Beat Eggs and combine with Milk.

In seperate bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add dry to wet and beat until smooth. Test mixture, it should flow easily through a funnel. To thicken add flour and thin add milk.

In a 8" Skillet heat oil, pour mixture through funnel forming a spirl. Fry until golden brown approximately 3 minutes each side. Drain on paper towl sprinkle with powder sugar.
