- 1/3 CUP MINCED FRESH MINT
- 3 CUPS FRESH RASPBERRIES
- 1 TABLESPOON HONEY
- 2 TEASPOONS FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
- PUT THE MARTINI GLASSES IN THE FREEZER FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING.

PUT CUBED WATERMELON IN A BOWL AND SPRINKLE WITH THE HALF OF THE CHOPPED MINT. TOP WITH BERRIES AND REMAINING MINT.

IN A SMALL BOWL MIX TOGETHER THE HONEY AND LIME AND DRIZZLE OVER THE MELON AND BERRIES. REFRIGERATE 30 MINUTES.

CAREFULLY SCOOP THE SALAD INTO FROSTED MARTINI GLASSES. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
