Hash-brown Casserole
One of my Sister’s best potato recipes.
ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1 stick melted oleo
- 2 C. sour cream
- 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 C. Corn Flake crumbs

Mix all ingredients except corn flakes in a large bowl.

Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.

Toss corn flakes with 1/3 C. melted oleo-enough to make crumbly but not sticky.

Sprinkle on top of casserole.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
