Finger Quiche
Easy to make and so delicious. Serve with fresh fruit and muffins for a great brunch.
ingredients
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb Swiss cheese, shredded
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 1 lb crisp bacon crumbled
- 2 small onion sauteed in butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
directions
In large bowl combine ingredients in order. Bake in a buttered 9 x 13 pan in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve.

Great to serve at a bridal or baby shower!
