Cindy's Salad
ingredients
- Dressing:
- Small clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbls. lemon juice
- 2 tbls. walnut oil
- 1 tbl. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. terragon
- Walnuts:
- 2 tbls. corn syrup
- 1 tbls. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- pinch caynne pepper.

Slowly wisk together lemon juice, oils and terragon and then add remaining ingredients.

Coat walnuts and bake at 325 for about 15 minutes.

** I double this recipe.
This dressing is great on a green leafed salad with dried cranberries and pears.
