ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • Small clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbls. lemon juice
  • 2 tbls. walnut oil
  • 1 tbl. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. terragon
  • Walnuts:
  • 2 tbls. corn syrup
  • 1 tbls. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • pinch caynne pepper.

    Slowly wisk together lemon juice, oils and terragon and then add remaining ingredients.

    Coat walnuts and bake at 325 for about 15 minutes.

    ** I double this recipe.

This dressing is great on a green leafed salad with dried cranberries and pears.
