Sparkling Wine Punch
ingredients
- 1 cup Chambord liqueur
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp superfine sugar
- 3 cups cranberry juice or pomegranate tea
- 1 bottle sparkling water
- 1 bottle sparking wine (Moscato D’ Asti)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 orange, thinly sliced crosswise
- Ice cubes
directions
In a punch bowl or pitcher, combine the chambord, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour in cranberry juice, sparkling wine, and sparkling water. Add all the berries, orange slices, and ice. Stir again and serve.
