Strawberry Pie

ingredients
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 C. water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/4 C. cornstarch
- 1/4 C. water
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1 Tbs almond extract
- 1 box (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O
- Strawberries to fill pie shell
directions
Bring sugar, water, and pinch of salt to boil, mix cornstarch and 1/4 C. water. Cook and stir until clear in color, remove from heat and add butter and almond extract, add Jell-O and strawberry mix to pie shell.
